Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants retain full responsibility for:

  • business legality

  • tax obligations

  • customer fulfilment

  • refund policies

  • marketing accuracy

  • traffic quality

  • actions taken on third-party platforms

Third-Party Dependency

Payment outcomes depend on external PSPs, processors, compliance teams, banks, and networks.

These parties may enforce requirements or take adverse actions without prior notice.

KINGSGATE Liability

KINGSGATE is not liable for financial losses resulting from:

  • processor decisions

  • customer disputes

  • fraud attempts

  • regulatory actions

  • chargebacks

  • operational failures outside our control
