KINGSGATE operates within the compliance frameworks set by global PSPs, processors, and banks.

 We ensure merchants understand and follow operational best practices required to maintain stable processing.

  1. Merchant Compliance Obligations

Merchants must adhere to:
  • product legality in all selling regions

  • accurate product descriptions

  • truthful marketing

  • fulfilment expectations

  • refund policies

  • chargeback management standards

  • data privacy and security requirements

  • any additional PSP or bank requirements

  1. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

  • illegal or banned products

  • deceptive marketing

  • card testing

  • transaction laundering

  • fake fulfilment

  • misuse of descriptors

  • high-fraud traffic sources

Violation may lead to immediate termination.

  1. Third-Party Rules

PSPs and banks make independent decisions regarding approvals, holds, shutdowns, or compliance flags.
KINGSGATE cannot override these decisions.

  1. Continuous Oversight

Our Guardians may request operational changes or corrections.
Merchants must implement these adjustments promptly to maintain ecosystem stability.
